Solid single-walled settling tank - rotomoulded tank with filter basket
The Solid settling tank is a tank produced by Euro-Plast. It can be used as the septic tank of a domestic sewage treatment plant. It also works well as an underground rainwater tank. The Solid tank is universal, as it has a wide range of applications. The range includes capacities of 2000 litres and 3000 litres.
The purpose of the settling tank is to collect domestic sewage. The solids settle at the bottom of the tank, where they decompose. The decomposition processes take place through the action of anaerobic bacteria. Fats and oils then accumulate on the surface of the wastewater as dross or foam. Finally, the treated wastewater is directed to the outlet via a basket filter with filter material. Thanks to the filtration, the drain does not become clogged. The advantage is that the Solid tank is simple and durable.
The single-walled settling tank is made of polyethylene. It is a frost resistant material. It does not corrode or fade when exposed to UV. It is resistant to chemicals, including corrosive wastewater. It shows high resistance to mechanical damage. The tank was made using the rotomouding method. The tank construction has no seams or welds. The absence of joints ensures that there are no internal stresses that could weaken the structure. As a result, the rotomoulded tank is fully leak-proof. The risk of leakage is considered marginal.
The range includes single-chamber Solid sump models and dual-chamber models, which have partial 2 chambers up to 1/3 of the tank height.
Solid settling tanks carry the European CE mark. This certifies that the tanks are manufactured in accordance with EN 12566-1/A1. They have been successfully tested by a notified laboratory. The Solid settling tank is an excellent compromise between price and quality. The certificates ensure that it meets the stringent requirements.
