Try HDPE settling tank, three-layer with filter basket

Euro-Plast settling tanks are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Their special feature is a three-layer wall with internal and external ribbing. This innovative construction ensures very high tightness and durability. The manufacturer ensures that the durability of the tank is up to 100 years. In addition, the several-layer wall structure provides thermal insulation. This counteracts the freezing of things inside. The system does not require electricity. It is characterised by low operating costs and minimal maintenance costs. The Try three-layer settling tank is complete with a filter basket for wastewater treatment.

The purpose of the settling tank is to collect domestic sewage. The solids settle at the bottom of the tank, where they decompose. The decomposition processes take place through the action of anaerobic bacteria. Fats and oils then accumulate on the surface of the wastewater as dross or foam. Finally, the treated wastewater is directed to the outlet via a basket filter with filter material. Thanks to the filtration, the drain does not become clogged. The advantage is that the Solid tank is simple and durable.  The three-layer sewage tank is resistant to adverse external conditions and to chemicals. It is also resistant to corrosive wastewater.

The Try wastewater tank has a wide range of applications. It is designed for: sewage, slurry, rainwater, wastewater from milking rooms and from agri-food processing and other liquids. The application of the tank can also be changed after many years, as can its foundation. This makes it a universal product for long-term operation.
Schemat zbiornika Try wraz z przekrojem ściany strukturalnejThe three-layer settling tank is resistant to unfavourable external conditions and to chemical substances as well as corrosive wastewater. We offer Try three-layer septic tanks with a capacity of 2 m3 to 10 m3 and a diameter of 1.2 m. The inlet diameter is 160 mm. In addition, larger capacities in diameters of 0.8 m and 1.6 m are also available. Despite its large dimensions, the Try tank is very lightweight. This makes transport and installation work easier and reduces costs. 

Try tanks are CE marked in Europe. This shows that the tanks are manufactured in accordance with the EN 12566-1/A1 standard. They have been successfully tested by a notified laboratory. The three-layer settling tank is very robust due to its construction. The certificates ensure that it meets the restrictive regulations.

Installation

You follow the manufacturer's assembly instructions. First of all, the location for the foundation of the tank must be determined. You make a trench of the appropriate dimensions, while not allowing the phenomenon of its digging, secure the sides against sliding. At the bottom of the excavation, you make a stabilising sub-base, at least 0.2 m thick. If there are difficult water and ground conditions, you should use a concrete slab. You place the tank on the bottom of the excavation, remembering to level it. Then you make the technological connections: inlet and outlet of sewage, high and low ventilation. During installation, you pour water into the tank so that its level is higher than the level of the backfill. You backfill the tank evenly in layers, up to 0.2m thick. You apply cement-sand backfill in a 3:1 ratio and compact it at the same time.
