EURO-PLAST is a Polish manufacturer that has been in operation since 2002, specialising in wastewater treatment plants, rainwater harvesting tanks, zero-entrainment tanks, grease separators and process tanks. The company also produces biopreparations to support the operation of infiltration systems.

EURO-PLAST products meet safety and quality requirements, are CE marked and comply with the EN 12566-1/A1 standard, and the infiltration tunnels have the ITB-KOT-2021/1675 certificate. All products have the required attestations and technical approvals, and the manufacturer provides declarations of conformity, instructions for use and technical support.

Try HDPE three-layer septic tank with filter basket

Try septic tanks from Euro-Plast are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Their special feature is a three-layer wall with internal and external ribbing. This innovative construction ensures very high tightness and durability. The manufacturer ensures that the durability of the tank is up to 100 years. In addition, the several-layer wall structure provides thermal insulation. This prevents the contents from freezing. The system does not require electricity. It is characterised by low operating costs and minimal maintenance costs. The three-layer Try settling tank is complete with a filter basket for wastewater treatment.

In order to increase the depth of the Try settling tank, an ST extension to the Try HDPE tank should be used, available in 4 height configurations to choose from: 0.20 m, 0.30 m, o.40 m and 0.50 m.


Struktura ściany zbiornikaThe purpose of the settling tank is to collect domestic wastewater. Solid contaminants settle to the bottom of the tank, where they decompose. The decomposition processes take place through the action of anaerobic bacteria. Fats and oils then accumulate on the surface of the wastewater as dross or foam. Finally, the treated wastewater is directed to the outlet via a basket filter with filter material. Thanks to the filtration, the drain does not become clogged. The advantage of the Solid tank is its simplicity, which also results in a long service life.

The Try tank has a wide range of applications. In addition to its role as a septic tank , it is designed for: sewage, slurry, rainwater, wastewater from milking rooms and from agri-food processing and other liquids. The use of the tank can also be changed after many years, as can its foundation. This makes it a universal product for long-term operation.

The three-layer septic tank is resistant to unfavourable external conditions and to chemicals as well as corrosive wastewater. We offer Try three-layer septic tanks with a capacity of 2m3 to 10m3 and a diameter of 1.2 m. The inlet diameter is 160 mm. In addition, larger capacities are also available with diameters of 0.8 m and 1.6 m. Despite its large dimensions, the Try tank is very lightweight. This makes transport and installation work easier and reduces costs.

Try tanks carry the European CE mark. This certifies that the tanks are manufactured in accordance with the EN 12566-1/A1 standard. They have been successfully tested by a notified laboratory. The three-layer sludge tank is very robust due to its construction. The certificates ensure that it meets the stringent requirements.

Assembly

Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions. First determine the location where the tank should be placed. Make an appropriately sized excavation to avoid the phenomenon of digging it up, secure the sides against sliding. Make a stabilising sub-base at the bottom of the excavation, with a minimum thickness of 0.2 m. Use a concrete slab if there are difficult water and soil conditions. Place the tank on the bottom of the excavation, remembering to level it. Then, make technological connections: sewage inlet and outlet, high and low ventilation. During assembly, pour water into the tank in such a way that its level is higher than the level of the backfilling. The tank should be backfilled evenly in layers, up to 0.2m thick. Use a cement-sand backfill (lean concrete B-10) with a 3:1 ratio (3 bags of sand, 1 bag of cement) and compact it at the same time.
