Kingspan basic consumption system for heating oil tanks
The basic
intake system for Kingspan heating oil tanks is designed for the intake of oil from Kingspan single wall or double wall tanks. Installation only in single tanks or in the first of the battery-connected tanks only in the upper part of the tanks.
Used as an optional accessory
for single wall and bunded fuel oil tanks. Tank capacities are available in 1200, 2500 l, 3500 l, 5000 l and 9000 l.
The oil intake system is integrated with a maximum leakage sensor (overflow protection). The standard equipment of
the fuel oil tanks includes two internal threaded connections for
the installation of the basic intake system.
SOLD EXCLUSIVELY COMPLETE WITH TANK
The basic intake system contains a maximum level sensor in the tank. The sensor protects against overfilling. The device continuously monitors the liquid level in the tank. It is equipped with a transmitter, mounted on the inner tank, and a receiver, which is placed in a 230 V socket (max. 200 m from the tank). The transmitter communicates with the receiver and periodically measures the level of the substance. In the event of a possible leak, the device signals by showing the current fuel oil level on the receiver's display.

Design of the basic heating-oil intake system
The basic intake system consists of the following components:
Probe connection of the max. level sensor
Intake connection for one- and two-way system. Permissible outside diameters of the lines fi 8, 10 and 12 mm. (picture below with more detailed description)
Maximum level sensor probe with height-adjustable maximum level
Flexible suction line with a diameter of 10 mm
Quick-closing valve - immediately cuts off oil intake in case of emergency, e.g. fire

Safety valve arm - quick-closing
Boiler outlet (3/8" thread suitable for 8/10/12 mm pipe diameter)
3/8" return connection from the boiler (for a two-way system)
3/8" connection to the next tank (if using a tank battery)
