Bolt tunnel sewage treatment plant Standard

The Bolt Tunnel Standard sewage treatment plant is used for the treatment of wastewater from residential buildings, from one or more farms. The drainage treatment plant consists of a Bolt septic tank, a distribution sump (which regulates the inflow of wastewater to the infiltration system), drainage tunnels and ventilation pipes with aeration.

The sewage treatment plant with tunnel drainage is a reliable type of sewage treatment plant that is more efficient than plants with traditional drainage pipes. The treatment plant does not require electricity. It is dedicated to favourable ground conditions. The tunnels are characterised by a larger filtration area compared to drainage pipes. This reduces the required area of the infiltration plot. The tunnel treatment plant is a low-cost and simple solution for wastewater treatment.

Wastewater treatment consists of two main stages. In the first, so-called anaerobic stage, raw sewage flows by gravity into the septic tank. A stage of self-purification of the wastewater takes place. Heavy substances are separated and fall to the bottom of the tank. Fats and oils form a so-called dross. The pre-treated wastewater then flows through the filter to the second treatment stage in the infiltration drain. This stage uses a natural aerobic process, involving the biochemical decomposition of pollutants with the help of bacteria. In order for the treatment process to be effective, it must last for at least three days - hence the correct volume of the septic tank is required for proper functioning of the wastewater treatment plant.

We also offer Eko and Watertunnel treatment plants .

Bolt settling tank of a drainage treatment plant

The tank is made of linear polyethylene by rotational moulding. It is characterised by its high strength, as there are no seams or welds. The septic tank is designed for installation in favourable ground conditions (light, permeable soil). It is resistant to the aggressive sewage environment. The advantage of the settling tank is its light weight, which makes transportation and installation easier. Tanks placed in the ground do not require thermal insulation. Their operation is possible under various climatic conditions. The settling tank comes with a 5-year warranty for watertightness.

Maximum ground cover up to 40 cm.The installation instructions of theseptic tankmust be strictly adhered to. The instructions include location guidelines for the installation of the plant, as well as documentation (at the end of the file).

Septic tank manufactured according to thefollowingstandard: PN-EN 12566-1:2004/A1:2006.
