The oil-derived substances separators offered by Eko Roto meet the requirements of the PN-EN 1825 standard and have the European CE quality mark and the Declaration of Conformity of the product.

FAT K starch separator - effective protection for wastewater systems

The FAT K starch separator is a device for separating starch from process water for use in catering, food and agricultural processing plants. It is made of robust polyethylene. The separator effectively eliminates the problem of starch deposition in sewer systems, preventing obstructions and protecting the environment. This is because starch is not soluble in water (it forms deposits and clumps).

The FAT K starch separator is used in, among others:

  • restaurants and catering kitchens,
  • Plants processing potatoes, rice, cereals and legumes,
  • facilities in the agri-food industry.

Technical data starch separator FAT K

  • Material: monolithic tank made of chemical- and damage-resistant polyethylene (PE).
  • Application: external sewerage - adapted for use with heavily polluted process wastewater containing insoluble starch.
  • Standards and certificates:
    • compliance with EN 1825,
    • CE marking (EU Regulation 305/2011).
The FAT K separator includes:

  • separation chamber with starch basket,
  • deflector - filling elbow,
  • siphon and outlet spigot,
  • ventilation spigot,
