Manholeflow regulator

Regulated water flow

Installed in water tanks or drainage sumps. It allows the regulated discharge of rainwater into an infiltration system, watercourse, drainage ditch or sewer.

The regulator valve can be set to a specific flow position. The choke is fitted into a 90° T-piece with diameters of Ø110, Ø160 or Ø200, the upper outlet is provided with an overflow pipe. The permissible flow rate is set on the gland. The entire regulator must then be fitted to the manhole outlet . The minimum manhole diameter for the regulator is DN400 (Ø110), DN600 (Ø160) and DN800 (Ø200), however, manholes with larger diameters are recommended .The recommended manhole diameter is DN1000 for regulator installations. Manhole with steps or ladder. Regulators can also be installed in larger retention basins downstream at the outlet, but the basin must also be provided with a DN1000 diameter manhole with steps or ladder (see data sheet for details).

The gland is made of stainless steel and the body is made of PVC-U plastic.
