Swimer is a Polish manufacturer of tanks for the storage and distribution of liquids, operating in Toruń since 2008. The company specialises in the design and manufacture of robust, durable tanks used for the storage of diesel fuel, AdBlue®, nitrogenous fertilisers, water and other chemicals. Its product range includes Class III tanks for diesel fuel, meeting the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

Swimer's products carry the CE mark and are tested and examined by independent institutes, confirming their safety and compliance with European quality standards. The company maintains full technical documentation and provides instructions and safety information in Polish, as required by the GPSR regulation.

SMDP Basic Kit CLOUD supports up to 150 cards/bearers. Two versions of the application are available - free and premium. Extended functionality of the application entails a subscription fee of PLN 35 net per month. Below is a table comparing the Starter version. The SMDP system is designed to monitor and control the expenditure of liquids from private storage facilities. SMDP is designed for any company where liquid fuels are used. The SMDP liquid dispensing system gives control and allows accounting for fuel expenditure. Access to the dispenser is limited to selected drivers. Downloading of diesel or AdBlue is possible for registered drivers and vehicles. Refuelling data is collected by SMDP and stored. The system offers the possibility of dual authorisation for vehicles and drivers or single authorisation for vehicle only or driver only.

There are three types of SMDP monitoring system on offer: Basic, Optimum and Professional. Each variant is dedicated to a different size of company. The SMDP system makes it easy and convenient to account for fuel expenses, identify drivers and keep a record of refuellings. Operation of the device is friendly and uncomplicated thanks to dedicated software. A trial version of the PC ARCCAN SMDP BASIC programme can be viewed at: https://demobasicsw.smdp.online/login.

Driver identification is carried out by means of proximity cards and lozenges and pin codes.

The SMDP Basic version is the simplest variant of Swimer's monitoring system. SMDP Basic is dedicated to small companies and farms that use fuel tanks. The Basic version makes it possible to control fuel dispensing from 3 dispensers - tanks.

Characteristics of the SMDP Basic version refuelling control system:

  • Programming of up to 150 identifiers that are active simultaneously. Configuration of identifiers is arbitrary, e.g. 75 drivers and 75 vehicles (double authorisation) or only 150 vehicles (single authorisation),
  • Support of up to 3 KDP100B/BG station controllers for different tanks,
  • Optional entry of vehicle mileage during identification,
  • Levels of operator authorisation in the software and in the controller: service, administrator, operator, report, supplier,
  • Tank fluid level control - low fluid level protection (pump lock at critical condition) - low fluid level warning,
  • Customised reporting module for the operator,
  • Data export to Excel spreadsheet or PDF file,
  • Emergency refuelling function with one-time authorisation codes.
The controller itself can operate without PC communication. Configuration and history viewing can then be carried out directly from the position of the management controller (KDP100B or KDP100BG). In addition, the controller can connect via WiFi, GPRS and the Arccan CLOUD GPRS system.

1) With ARCCAN SMDP CLOUD, the customer is guaranteed the highest data security and access to the latest version of the system. There is no need for any action on your part and no need to use your own computer infrastructure. Everything is done via an online connection.

3) The price is given for a set with one key fob and one card. An additional card costs 19 PLN net, a key ring 20 PLN net.
