Blue Tank Eco-Line Swimer bunded tank

Swimer's bunded tank for AdBlue. Available in capacities from 1,500 litres to 5,000 litres. Swimer Blue Tank Eco-Line tanks are equipped with accessories for content management. In addition, they include distribution systems that allow the tank to be turned into a filling station. A private storage facility allows the purchase of liquids at a wholesale price. This optimises costs and reduces shortages. This is important at a time when prices on the market fluctuate. Available versions include Basic, Classic, Exclusive, Prestige and the promotional Exlusive +.

Polyethylene is a chemical-resistant material. It is also durable against mechanical damage. It does not corrode or fade when exposed to UV light. This plastic is characterised by high tightness. Thanks to these characteristics, the double jacket design and accessories, the risk of leakage is marginal. The manufacturer provides a 10-year warranty on the leakproofness of the tanks and 2 years on the accessories.

AdBlue is a substance designed to reduce harmful exhaust emissions. It is used for diesel vehicles. It is injected under high pressure into the vehicle's exhaust system. AdBlue is a substance that is highly sensitive to storage conditions. Therefore, tanks must provide adequate storage parameters.

If tank storage is planned outdoors, AdBlue can freeze in winter. Low temperatures cause the medium to crystallise and deteriorate its properties. To counteract this, tank heating should be used. In the case of the western part of the country, heating the distribution cabinet with a blower is the most common solution. This prevents the distribution system from freezing. In the central part of the country, temperatures drop more and the tank needs to be retrofitted with additional insulation. In the east of the country, it may be necessary to use full tank heating: distribution cabinet blowing, heating tape and tank thermal insulation (foam).
