Double-wall heating oil tanks Heating Oil DOUBLE Kingspan

Kingspan heating oil storage systems are based on a double-wall construction. This is a very safe solution thanks to the double-walled construction. Thanks to this solution, the tank is resistant to leaks. In addition, the space between the walls provides insulation. This is an additional protection against unfavourable temperatures in winter and summer. It allows constant storage conditions for the oil. Thanks to the wide range of capacities offered , the tanks can be used both in households and housing communities, as well as in industry. They are designed for both indoor and outdoor installation, depending on the available space. Optional kits are available with an additional top intake and suction hose.

The design of the tanks allows them to be combined in single-row batteries (up to a maximum of five tanks), thus providing a larger oil supply. The robust and rigid double-walled tank design avoids the need for additional metal reinforcements. The high-quality polyethylene used in production guarantees the high resistance of the tank to mechanical damage and changes in atmospheric conditions (the colour of the tank does not change under the influence of UV radiation).

Standard equipment

Access to the inspection hatch in the internal tank after disassembling the tank (only for tanks with a capacity of 3500, 5000, 9000 litres).
4" inspection hatch in the inner tank.
Inspection hatch in the outer tank 16" lockable.
2" male threaded inlet in the inner tank.
Wireless oil level indicator with integrated leak detector.
Tank version for indoor installation - three 2" female threaded inlet connections passing through two shells for the installation of consumption, filling and venting systems.
Tank version for outdoor installation: 2" female threaded connector in the inner tank (to install the consumption system) or vent in the inner tank.

Optional equipment (on request)

Oil extraction system with integrated maximum level sensor (overflow protection).
SpillStop - tank overfill protection.
External 2" filling line with connection at working level (for 5000 and 9000 l tanks).
Thermal insulation of the inner tank.
Thermostatically controlled heating band in the inner tank.
