Underground septic tank without outflow capacity

Underground vertical septic tank for the storage of domestic, sanitary, municipal and agricultural wastewater. Ecoleader tanks have a wide range of applications as they are versatile. They can also be used as retention tanks and casings for technological equipment of sewage networks.

Ecoleader Z-2000 tanks are in practice a set of two Z-1000 tanks connected in series by two pipes: the upper 110 mm and the lower 32 mm. This simple solution allows the capacity of the Z-1000 tank to be doubled without major interference with the tank structure. The Z-2000 tank model is supplied on two separate pallets. The tanks must be connected independently.

An inlet hole is provided as standard in the Ecoleader Z 1000 l tank. The septic tank also comes with a 110 mm seal and a DN650 flat cover.

Tip for superstructure

It is possible to extend the tank flange. To do this, a DN640 universal superstructure from the same manufacturer must be used. The superstructure has a slightly larger diameter than the tank manhole (the tank flange is completely retracted in the superstructure). Therefore, the manufacturer instructs that the superstructure should be fixed to the flange with screws and the joint sealed with silicone. The maximum possible ground pressure of the tank should also be taken into account when planning the excavation.

If this superstructure is used, it is also necessary to plan where the tank inlets are to be located. Please contact us.

Compatible with the DN640 superstructure is the DN690 cover.

Installation instructions

The permissible ground surface for the Z-1000 tank is 0.8 m (from the ground surface to the top edge of the tank).
Tank Z-2000 may be founded at a depth of 0.8 m from the ground surface to the top edge of the tank. The maximum groundwater level is 0.8 m from the water to the bottom of the tank.

Ecoleader Z tanks are made from high-quality polyethylene. This plastic does not corrode, making it very durable. The tank is fully sealed and safe.
