Ecoline Slimunderground drinking water storage tank

Ecoline Slim tanks represent a new generation of underground tanks with a low profile (flat). The underground tank is designed for drinking water. It is approved by the PZH (National Institute of Hygiene) for contact with foodstuffs. It is used for private as well as industrial projects for the supply of drinking water. The new design is characterised by a lower height and weight, which makes transportation and installation considerably easier, even in the case of high groundwater. The low profile reduces the depth of excavation and therefore reduces costs.

The Ecoline Slim drinking water tank is made of high-density polyethylene. The tank is made using the rotational formatting method. This eliminates joints and welds. This is important because they can create stresses that weaken the structure. As a result, the Ecoline system features a more durable structure and higher tightness.The cover and superstructure are included.

Installation instructions

It is possible to base the tanks in unfavourable conditions. Ecoline Slim is suitable for soils with unfavourable water and ground conditions. These include, for example, high groundwater levels and impermeable - heavy (clay) soils.

Use of backfill during installation:

From 50 cm ground cover - backfill with lean concrete B-10 (20 cm layer),
In case of installation in soils with periodically elevated ground water level, special installation conditions should be applied - see the instructions for details.

Advantages of the Ecoline Slim underground tank:

Monolithically manufactured without seams or welds,
10-year warranty on tank tightness,
If the tank is to be founded at a depth of more than 50 cm (from the vault), then 20 cm of skim concrete backfilling is required.
Possibility of partial foundation in ground water, see instructions for details.
Can be founded in ground which is difficult to permeate; if the settling tank is installed in clay or silty ground, the tank should be protected with lean concrete.
