Pack description

The Bioflow II Platinum complete biological treatment plant package is the ideal solution for detached houses. It combines an effective Bioflow II biological treatment plant with 7 Water Shower garden sprinklers and a Composter sludge composter. The number of sprinklers has been selected based on the type of soil. For sandy soils, there is 2 m. b. per user (p.e.) of irrigation system installation. Please refer to the instructions for more information.

Garden Sprinkler Water Shower

The Water Shower is used to irrigate wastewater or water. It is used in the construction of domestic irrigation systems. Its use is particularly useful in the area of wet plants. The sprinkler can be used in surface and underground installations. The sprinklers available are:

  • For linear irrigation systems (ZMAG0011),
  • For plant plots (ZMAG0012).

Linear irrigation system

A linear irrigation system needs specially designed sprinklers (code ZMAG0011). The most important thing when planning the installation is to maintain the slope towards the treatment plant. If this is not possible, a hole and a small drainage well should be drilled at the lowest point of the installation. In addition, it must be ensured that the water flow does not spray directly onto tree trunks.

The length of the installation depends on the number of p.e. and the type of soil:

  • Sandy soil 2 mb / 1 p.e.,
  • Sandy loam 3 - 4 mb / 1 p.e,
  • Clay soil 5 - 6 mb / 1 p.e. (soil must be replaced in addition).
Additional options

Sprinkler bore diameters can be changed on individual enquiry. They can also be retrofitted with extensions, which greatly simplify the installation of the linear irrigation system.

Plant plots

The Water Shower sprinkler, which is designed for vegetated plots, is signed with the code ZMAG0012. Similar to the previous variant, the area of the plot is determined by the type of soil and the number of p.e:

  • Sandy soil 2 m2 /1 p.e,
  • Sandy soils 3 - 4 m2 / 1 p.e,
  • Clay soil 5 - 6 m2 / 1 p.e. and additional soil replacement.
Details of the construction of plant plots and linear irrigation systems can be found in the manual.

Biological sewage treatment plant BIOFLOW

Domestic biological sewage treatment plant

ATTENTION: FREE delivery of the treatment plant anywhere in Poland - promotion period until the end of 2025!

The biological sewage treatment plant is the ideal solution for households without access to a sanitary sewage system. Thanks to the large volume of the reactors, the treatment plants only need to be emptied once every 2 years. In addition, by using an automatic sludge composter, the need for disposal is completely eliminated. Thanks to the latest technology, our treatment plants are completely odourless. The perfect clarity of the wastewater makes it possible to use the treated wastewater, rich in micronutrients, for irrigation and fertilisation of the garden without incurring additional costs.

Inthe download section you will find more information and installation instructions for the BioFlow treatment plants.

The manufacturer provides:

  • 10 years warranty on the tank tightness,
  • 3 year warranty on the pump, controller and blower,
  • 2 years guarantee on other components.
The reactor is made of polyethylene. Possibility of an emergency overflow in case of power failure.

Treatment process:

PHASE I: Wastewater enters the reactor where it undergoes a sequential oxygenation process. This contributes to the removal of organic pollutants, nitrogen and phosphorus.
PHASE II: Blower operation stops, sludge settles to the bottom of the tank (sedimentation).
PHASE III: Pumping out the clarified, treated part of the wastewater. The sewage treatment plant automatically enters the economic (holiday) mode, during the period of no sewage inflow.

Sludge composter

A domestic sewage treatment plant is a great solution, especially if a sewer connection is not possible. The wastewater treatment plant is almost maintenance-free, however it requires servicing. Every so often, excess sludge, which is produced during the biological treatment process, needs to be removed. A specialised service group with a sludge hauler is called in for this purpose. This can be considered the only drawback of the treatment plant. To create a practically maintenance-free plant, we suggest connecting a special sludge composter. Such an installation then does not require the sludge to be disposed of, but only the emptying of the compost tank for fertilising plants in-house.

An automatic sludge composter is used in an installation with a biological sewage treatment plant. Excess sludge from the sewage treatment plant is pumped into the tank-composter by means of a pump. In the Composter, the sludge is processed and hygienised. It is then removed once every few years for the purpose of fertilising plants. The tank is made of polyethylene, which is robust under adverse conditions. It also shows resistance to chemicals, including aggressive sewage. It is invisible in the garden because it is buried in the ground. It allows bark to be covered to a depth of up to 5 cm.

The manufacturer provides a 25-year guarantee on the composter.

Advantages of the Composter

  • Possibility of installing the treatment plant in a place where there is no access road,
  • No need to export sludge from the treatment plant (use it to fertilise plants within the plot),
  • Saving money due to reduced maintenance costs,
  • Making the treatment plant easier to operate and maintain,
  • Pro-ecological - possibility of obtaining valuable compost for plants,
  • The unit is invisible to users due to its underground installation.
