Grease trap ST

Wastewater treatment system for fatty substances

The primary purpose of the ST grease separator is to retain all solid particles, vegetable and animal fats. The unit is designed to treat process wastewater from, among others, hotels, snack bars, restaurants, mass catering facilities, abattoirs, slaughterhouses, food processing plants, etc. The unit should be installed just downstream of the waste water source.

Grease and oil particles float to the surface of the wastewater forming a layer that must be removed regularly, while heavy substances such as sand, sludge and sediment sink to the bottom of the separator. Appropriately placed inlet and outlet manifolds ensure a free flow of liquid without turbulence, resulting in proper discharge of grease-free wastewater from the separator. Meets the requirements of EU and Polish standards PN-EN 1825.

The separators may cooperate with other devices forming the technological line of the sewage treatment plant or with individual or collective sewage treatment devices.
