PREMIUM WATER COLLECTION SYSTEM WITH ECOLINE II TANK

Hight-quality systems for collecting rainwater in the garden with Ecoline II reservoir and automatic submersible pump ideal for supplying an automatic irrigation system for green spaces. 
 

Description of action

Rainwater from the roof is collected through the gutter system and then fed drain pipe to the tank. Purified water is a basket filter with a fine mesh, and then flows into the reservoir (using gravity). Water distribution system with a pump Divertron allows for watering the garden using the garden hose.

Installation instructions

It is possible to base the tanks in unfavourable conditions. Ecoline is suitable for soils with unfavourable ground-water conditions. These include, for example, a high groundwater table (up to 40 cm from the bottom of the tank) and impermeable - heavy (clay) soils. 

Application of backfill during installation:

  • Max. 56 cm ground cover - sand backfill (20 cm layer),
  • From 80 cm soil cover - backfilling with lean concrete B-10 (20 cm layer),
  • In case of installation in ground with periodically elevated ground water level (up to max. 40 cm), backfilling with lean concrete B-10 (20 cm layer).

Ecoline Premium cover with water intake and 45 cm ascending pipe

The tank cover is made of polyethylene. It is ideal for pedestrian traffic in green areas. The Ecoline Premium cover is offered with a water intake for convenient and easy rainwater management. The manhole superstructure, the so-called rising pipe, is 45 cm high and has a diameter of 60 cm. A rising pipe telescope can be added to extend the manhole. There is a DN 600 gasket at the manhole to protect the rainwater storage tank from the outside.

Filter basket

Recommended for roof areas of up to 350 m2. Dimensions: Ø 410 mm, height 160 mm fine filter (filter mesh size 0.9 mm). Fastening ropes and a hook are included with the basket.

24V 1" filling kit

Filling kit for topping up tap water in the tank in case of rainwater shortage.

Pressure hose

Pressure hose used to connect the pump to the water intake, located in the tank lid.

1 liter diaphragm vessel

The 1 l diaphragm tank is to be placed on the pump discharge system, above the maximum water level in the tank.  It has a 1.2" male thread connection. The factory pressure of the diaphragm vessel is 1.2 bar. 

Floating suction basket 1 1/4"

Floating water intake for multistage submersible pumps. Connection diameter 1 1/4". Set elements: 1.5 m PVC hose Ø30 mm, stainless steel suction basket, PE float. Thanks to the float, the intake continuously floats approx. 15-20 cm below the water surface, from where it is possible to pump the cleanest water from the tank (various impurities may float on the water surface and sediment accumulates on the bottom).

Top Multi Evo Tech 4 pump with floating intake
The Top Multi Evo Tech 4 new is an automatic, multi-stage, submersible pressure pump from the Italian brand Pedrollo. It is equipped with an electronic pressure regulator and non-return valve. Simple to use and reliable. A diaphragm vessel is used to protect the pump from frequent restarts.
