PRIMAtech-E SBR complete biological sewage treatment plant with infiltration tunnels - three-layer Try tank
Complete biological sewage treatment plant with infiltration tunnels. The PRIMAtech-E SBR household treatment plant is designed for
domestic and domestic wastewater. The treatment plant is characterised by high efficiency at the level of: BOD5 - 98.8%, COD - 95.0%, Total Suspended Solids - 98.0%.
Its advantages also include a small pit area, low operating costs, no electrical equipment in the tank and low sludge volumes. The Siemens controller is very user-friendly due to its intuitive interface. In addition to this,
the controller has an automatic system
to notify the user of periodic maintenance. It informs the user by means of traffic lights (LEDs). It can be connected via Ethernet communication. It saves process data. Connects to other devices by Drag & Drop. Micro SD card logging.
Drainage tunnels are a very good solution for smaller catchment areas. They can be used to create long drainage lines (strands). The advantage of
infiltration tunnels is that they can be installed quite shallow. They are characterised by their large volume, which ensures that the tunnel does not become clogged. It is more efficient than a classic drainage system.
Wastewater treatment takes place in the innovative triple-wall(two-chamber) Try tank. The tank wall consists of a triple structure. It is characterised by very high strength and resistance to external conditions. In addition, the multilayer wall provides thermal insulation.
The tank is manufactured from high-density HDPE polyethylene. This is a material widely used in the industry. It does not fade or corrode. It is resistant to chemicals, including corrosive wastewater. The design of the tank and the very good properties of the polyethylene ensure a high degree of tightness and durability. The risk of leakage is reduced to a minimum.

The PRIMAtech-E SBR treatment plant operates on the principle of a sequential biological reactor. In the primary settling tank, the wastewater is mechanically treated. The second chamber acts as a bioreactor and secondary settling tank. The wastewater is then directed to an infiltration drain.
What distinguishes the PRIMAtech treatment plant from other solutions is the real-time clock. During the initial start-up, the installer makes the settings and one of them is the time clock, on the basis of which the plant operates. At set times, the controller sends signals to the treatment plant and starts the subsequent stages of the treatment process. This system has been developed on the basis of statistical data about the users' daily routine. For example, in the morning hours there is a high consumption of water, which is caused by preparations for the working day. The second highest consumption during the day is observed in the afternoon and evening (returning from work). The PRIMAtech wastewater treatment plant is adapted to the lifestyle of its users. It triggers the successive stages of the process so that the wastewater is treated optimally, maintaining the highest efficiency.
The process is divided into 5 stages: 1. filling - wastewater treated in the primary settling tank is pumped into the bioreactor;
2. aeration - biological wastewater treatment is initiated by sequential aeration;
3. Sedimentation - sludge settles to the bottom of the tank;
4. decantation - the treated effluent is pumped to an effluent pipe and then to the receiving tank;
5. recirculation - excess sludge is pumped into the secondary settling tank;

PRIMAtech-E SBR household sewage treatment plants are CE marked. This means that they meet the stringent requirements and comply with the PN-EN 12566-3+A2:2013 standard. The performance testing was carried out by a notified laboratory. The PRIMAtech-E SBR treatment plant is a high-quality product that complies with European standards. This makes it an extremely attractive proposition for a biological wastewater treatment plant.

The wastewater treatment plant should be selected according to the daily throughput and the number of inhabitants. It is very important to plan its location correctly. A soil survey must also be carried out. You will find information on this in this
guide. Details on installation can be found in the manufacturer's instructions. You are also welcome to contact us.

Idealne rozwiązanie dla małych działek. Tunele nie potrzebują geowłókniny, montaż ich jest dużo szybszy i łatwiejszy niż rur drenażowych. Polecam
