Complete sewage pumping station UpFlow

The complete sewage pumping station is an advanced system that is used to automatically transport sanitary, rainwater and industrial wastewater. The tanks are made of durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The pumping station ensures reliable and safe operation in diverse ground and water conditions. The complete pumping station is used in facilities where it is necessary to transport wastewater to the sewer network or other collection points. It can be used for small domestic installations (single family houses) as well as larger industrial facilities, sewage treatment plants and irrigation systems.

The pumping station collects wastewater in a tank and switches on the pump automatically when the liquid level reaches a maximum. The liquid is then pumped out to the minimum level, after which the pump switches off, starting a new cycle. Depending on the model, it is possible to equip the pumping station with an additional alarm system. The maximum and minimum levels are determined by a level sensor.

  • Wide range of applications: The pumping station is designed for transporting dirty water, rainwater and wastewater from residential buildings, industrial facilities or general sewage.
  • Automatic operation: Equipped with a liquid level sensor system; the pumping station controls the pumping process independently, which minimises the need for manual operation; the pump starts at the maximum liquid level and switches off at the minimum level.
  • High durability: the tank made of damage- and corrosion-resistant HDPE ensures long-lasting operation even in difficult conditions such as the presence of groundwater.
  • Safety: A system of shut-off and non-return valves protects against sewage backflow, and an optional alarm control protects against tank overflow.
  • Easy installation: Simple installation process that can be carried out under standard conditions as well as when high groundwater levels are present(can be installed in difficult groundwater conditions). Step-by-step assembly instructions ensure a trouble-free installation and the telescopic system allows the pumping station to be adapted to the user's needs.
Elements of a complete pumping station:

  • HDPE tank: Highly resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage.
  • Pressure piping: Equipped with shut-off and non-return fittings to ensure full control of the flow.
  • Control: An optional control panel allows monitoring and management of the pumping station operation.
