Domestic-garden set with Ecoline II tank

Rainwater management system for garden irrigation, toilets and washing machines using the Aquamatic Domestic C Plus rainwater control unit

Description of operation

Rainwater is collected by a gutter system from the roof surface and directed through downpipes to an underground filter from where it flows by gravity to the Ecoline II tank. A pump pumps water to sanitary facilities (toilet cistern, washing machine) in the building. The system is equipped with a self-priming pump and tap water make-up control. In the event of a shortage of water in the tank, there is an automatic switchover to tap water operation, thus ensuring continuous operation of the system.
Scope of supply:

  • Made from a monolithic piece, without seams or welds, with a guarantee of 10 years,
  • Can be founded up to 40 cm in groundwater,
  • Possibility of foundation in soils difficult to permeate,
  • 3 DN 100 connections (other dimensions and locations on request)
Installation instructions

There is the possibility of founding the tanks in unfavourable conditions. Ecoline is suitable for soils with unfavourable groundwater conditions. These include, for example, a high groundwater level (up to 40 cm from the bottom of the tank) and impermeable - heavy (clay) soils.

Use of ground cover during installation:

  • Max. 56 cm ground cover - sand backfill (20 cm layer),
  • From 80 cm soil cover - backfilling with lean concrete B-10 (20 cm layer),
  • In case of installation in ground with periodically elevated ground water level (up to max. 40 cm), the backfilling should be made with lean concrete B-10 (20 cm layer).

Superstructure with seal and cover

The tank cover is made of polyethylene - ideal for green field traffic. Extension of the ascending pipe 45 cm -High 450 mm, diameter 600 mm. The extension includes a DN 600 Gasket, which protects the rainwater tank from outside contamination.

Rainwater filters

Maxi filter with extension
Maxi filter with extension - pre-tank, underground. The Maxi consists of a filter basket with an ascending (extension) pipe placed over the filter (Dimensions: Ø 350 mm, height 570 mm. The extension pipe can be shortened at will). The rainwater filter basket is equipped with a convenient handle for pulling the basket out. It is excellent for use in gardens, ponds and drainage systems. The rainwater filter ensures thorough cleaning thanks to its 0.9 mm mesh size and is therefore also suitable for domestic systems. It is installed directly in the ground in front of the rainwater storage tank or infiltration system.

Floating water intake with floating ball and filter

Thanks to the float ball, the intake floats approx. 15-20 cm below the water surface at all times, from where the cleanest water can be pumped from the tank (various types of impurities may float on the water surface). A mesh filter provides additional protection against impurities. Set elements: Float with a diameter of 15 cm, mesh filter - mesh 1.2 mm, non-return valve 1", ferrule 1" with O-ring for suction hose Ø 36 mm, suction hose Ø 36 mm with a length of 2 m.

Narur filter with a diameter of 1 " for cleaning rainwater from micro-pollutants.

Rainwater panel model C Plus

The unit pumps rainwater from the tank and delivers it to the indoor installation. If there is no rainwater in the tank, the unit allows the automatic use of tap water. There are three main components in one unit: the pump, the control unit and the tap water make-up system. The control unit should be installed inside the house, e.g. in the basement, boiler room or utility room.
