Home-garden system with Rain Console ECO with EcoLine II tank

Rainwater management system for garden watering with automatic irrigation, toilet and washing machine supply using the Eco Rain Console

Description of operation

Rainwater is collected by a gutter system from the roof surface. It is then directed through downpipes to an underground filter from where it flows by gravity into the Ecoline II tank. A submersible pump pumps the water to sanitary units (toilet cistern, washing machine) in the building. The system is equipped with a rainwater Eco console controlling the water supply to the outlets (WC, washing machine, garden watering). In the event of a shortage of rainwater, it automatically replenishes the tap water to the tank, but only up to the safe level of the pump. In this way, continuous operation of the system is ensured.

The system is ideal if the tank is far away from the technical room and if you have automatic irrigation with significant hydraulic parameters.

Delivery range:

Ecoline II tank

  • Made of a monolithic piece, without seams or welds, with a guarantee of 10 years
  • Can be placed up to 40 cm in groundwater,
  • Can be placed in ground which is difficult to permeate,
  • 3 DN 100 connections (other dimensions and locations on request).
Installation instructions

It is possible to base the tanks in unfavourable conditions. Ecoline is suitable for soils with unfavourable ground-water conditions. These include, for example, a high groundwater table (up to 40 cm from the bottom of the tank) and impermeable - heavy (clay) soils. Application of backfill during installation:

  • Max. 56 cm ground cover - sand backfill (20 cm layer),
  • From 80 cm soil cover - backfilling with lean concrete B-10 (20 cm layer),
  • In case of installation in ground with periodically elevated ground water level (up to max. 40 cm), backfilling with lean concrete B-10 (20 cm layer).

Ascending pipe with cover

The tank cover is made of polyethylene - ideal for green field traffic. Extension of the ascending pipe 45 cm -Height 450 mm, diameter 600 mm.

Opti rainwater filter

The Opti underground filter is used to remove solid particles, e.g. leaves, from rainwater. It also protects the pump from clogging and damage. It is especially used in rainwater management systems. The Opti filter is designed for roofs up to 200 m2. Possibility of deeper foundation with the use of an extension.

Opti filter extension

Riser pipe (extension) to the Opti filter. It enables deeper foundation of the filter. Extension height: 700 mm. It is possible to shorten the extension to 75 mm.

Floating suction basket 1 1/4 "

Floating water intake for multistage submersible pumps. Connection diameter 1 1/4". Set components: 1.5 m PVC hose Ø30 mm, stainless steel suction basket, PE float. Thanks to the float, the water intake floats approx. 15-20 cm below the water surface at all times, from where the cleanest water can be pumped from the tank (various impurities may float on the water surface and sediment accumulates on the bottom).

The Eco Rain Console uses a controller to manage the pressure pump in order to distribute rainwater to domestic intakes such as washing machines and toilets, but also diverts water to the garden for watering. The Eco Rain Console, together with the pressure pump, works identically to a rainwater panel. The console monitors the water level in the tank and, in the event of a rainwater deficit, replenishes the tank with tap water only up to a preset level so that the pump can operate safely (it does not refill the tap water by filling the entire tank).

Top Multi-Evo III pump

MULTI-EVO pumps are recommended for pumping clean water and liquids that are not aggressive to the pump materials. Due to their high efficiency and reliability, submersible pumps are used to supply water tanks and wells, to draw rainwater from cisterns for water gardens or for use in irrigation systems, etc.

Wykorzystuje system do podlewania ogrodu i napełniania rezerwuarów w toalecie. Jestem zaskoczona jak sprawnie to działa. Praktycznie jakby dom był normalnie zasilany wodą wodociągową, ale rachunki spadły. Polecam, po prostu działa.
