Complete rainwater tank with Gap pump and filter for rainwater management

Functional description

Rainwater is collected by the guttering system from the roof surface and directed through downpipes to the Ecoline Rainwater Tank.  A GAP X80 pump is used to distribute the water. Connecting a garden hose to the intake box allows the use of rainwater stored in the underground tank, e.g. for watering the garden. The set comprises the Ecoline tank, pump, filter basket, garden box, cover and extension of the ascending pipe. In the attamchents you will find instructions for assembling the tank. 

Scope of delivery:

Ecoline II PLUS underground tank

This is a new generation rainwater tank, ready for installation including superstructure and cover. It has three DN110 inlet openings and one DN110 outlet.

  • Made from a monolithic piece, without seams or welds,
  • Guarantee of 10 years for tank tightness,
  • Can be founded up to 40 cm in ground water,
  • Possibility of foundation in soils difficult to permeate,
  • Lighter weight,
  • 3 DN 100 connections (other dimensions and locations on request)
Installation instructions

It is possible to base the tanks in unfavourable conditions. Ecoline is suitable for soils with unfavourable ground-water conditions. These include, for example, a high groundwater table (up to 40 cm from the bottom of the tank) and impermeable - heavy (clay) soils. 

Application of backfill during installation:

  • Max. 56 cm ground cover - sand backfill (20 cm layer),
  • From 80 cm soil cover - backfilling with lean concrete B-10 (20 cm layer),
  • In case of installation in ground with periodically elevated ground water level (up to max. 40 cm), backfilling with lean concrete B-10 (20 cm layer).

Tank cover and 40 cm ascending pipe extension

The tank cover is made of polyethylene. It is ideal for pedestrian traffic in green areas. The manhole extension, the so-called ascending pipe, is 40 cm high and 60 cm in diameter. It is possible to add a rising telescope to extend the manhole.

Filter basket 

The filter basket is recommended for roof areas of up to 350 m2 . Its dimensions are Ø 410 mm, height 160 mm (filter mesh size 0.9 mm). Fastening ropes and a hook are included with the basket.

Garden box for connecting a garden hose

Included is a ¾ GZ ball valve and a ¾" GZ PE elbow screwed into the ball valve from the bottom and 32 mm from the other side of the elbow. Top diameter of the box - 210 mm, bottom diameter of the box - 180 mm, height of the box - 120 mm.

GAP X80 pump

Is an automatic submersible pressure pump. It is used for irrigation of small green areas. The pump operates in start/stop mode. It starts when the receiver (e.g. garden water tap) is opened and goes into standby mode when the receiver is closed.
